Cooper Dental is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits and minimize the cost of your care. While we abide by your insurance companies procedures, we do not allow an insurance company to dictate your dental health treatment. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We do bill your dental insurance company for you as a courtesy, but please expect to pay for services not covered by your insurance at the time of your visit. This includes co-payments and deductibles.
For your convenience we do accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as checks and cash. We also offer financing through CareCredit, which is a low minimum monthly payment plan, customized to fit your budget. Please visit www.carecredit.com for more information. If at any time you have questions about coverage for a future appointment, a member of our front desk staff will be happy to assist you.

We accept all other major insurance carriers that provide coverage for out-of-network providers. As a courtesy, we will electronically submit claims to your insurance provider. Patients are responsible for all charges not covered by their insurance company.
